1. Provider and scope
The provider is SourceArt Ltd. These terms apply to businesses and organizations using Streamer Dashboard for commercial purposes. Individually agreed terms prevail.
2. Service and roles
Streamer Dashboard provides a multi-tenant platform for TikTok LIVE agencies. Agency owners control the workspace, members, incentives, budgets and subscription. LIVE managers work only with assigned streamers and teams. Streamers see only their own goals, rewards, tasks and messages. The customer is responsible for accurate roles and assignments.
3. Accounts and security
Accounts are personal and must not be shared. The customer keeps contact data current, protects access and reports suspected misuse promptly. In relation to the provider, actions by an agency owner are treated as authorized for the workspace.
4. TikTok and Backstage Companion
The customer may use the Companion only where it holds the contractual, legal and, where required, written TikTok authorization for the relevant host, users and data scope. Safeguards, captchas, role permissions and access restrictions must not be circumvented. The Companion does not transmit TikTok passwords, cookies or session tokens. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Streamer Dashboard is an independent product and is not operated or endorsed by TikTok.
5. Goals, forecasts and freshness
Synchronized values depend on Backstage data accessible to the customer. Freshness, coverage and partial datasets are shown in the product. Forecasts, money-at-risk values and automated recommendations are estimates and do not guarantee compensation, revenue or goal achievement. The last complete published dataset remains authoritative until a new run is fully validated.
6. Incentives and rewards
Only the agency owner may activate incentives, set budgets and approve rewards. The customer defines, procures and fulfils rewards and is responsible for eligibility terms, taxes, employment or commercial requirements and actual delivery. Streamer Dashboard does not make payments or purchase vouchers unless separately agreed.
7. Subscription and payment
The plan, price, billing interval, trial and included limits are set out in the order and checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew for the selected interval unless cancelled in time through the customer portal. Access may be restricted after a displayed grace period where payment is overdue.
8. Availability and changes
The provider operates the service with reasonable care but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security measures and changes to external platforms may temporarily restrict functions. Material adverse product or contract changes will be communicated with reasonable notice unless urgent security or legal reasons prevent this.
9. Confidentiality, data protection and rights
Both parties protect confidential information appropriately. The customer owns its submitted business data and grants the provider the rights required to perform the contract. Rights in the service, design and source code remain with the provider or its licensors. Data protection roles and processing terms are agreed separately where required.
10. Term, termination and data
The contract runs for the ordered billing interval. Rights to terminate for cause remain unaffected. After termination, the customer may request an export during an agreed transition period; data is then deleted or anonymized under the privacy and retention rules. Statutory rights and mandatory liability remain unaffected.
