Backstage shows what happened and where goals stand. Streamer Dashboard shows which goals and milestones are about to be missed, how much financial potential is estimated to be at risk, and which manager needs to follow up today. Streamers finally see their own status and exact next action.
02How does Streamer Dashboard sync data from TikTok LIVE Backstage?
An authorized Chrome extension reads only the Backstage data available to the signed-in user. Active extensions across the agency automatically contribute to one shared agency record. Duplicate records are reconciled, and an incomplete sync never replaces the last complete dataset.
03What can agency owners, LIVE managers and streamers access?
Agency owners invite users, review assignments and goals, and manage teams and optional incentive rules. LIVE managers manage their assigned streamers and teams and can add streamers. Streamers can access only their own goals, milestones, gaps and next steps.
04How is financial potential at risk calculated?
The figure uses available goal, milestone and bonus data together with a configured agency rule. It makes the possible financial downside transparent, but always remains an estimate—not a TikTok payout forecast or income guarantee.
05What happens when a milestone is at risk?
The case appears in the assigned manager's prioritized queue. The manager sees the goal gap, deadline and estimated financial potential, can follow up immediately and records the agreed next step against the case.
06Are incentives still available?
Yes, but they are optional. Only the agency owner can define incentives and budgets. The core system works without them: detect risk, protect milestones and follow up in time.
07Are TikTok login credentials shared between agency members?
No. Each extension uses only that member’s active Backstage session and permissions. Passwords, cookies and TikTok sessions are never shared between team members. Only authorized agency data is combined into the shared workspace.
